Security
This site uses the National Secure Internet Payment Service ("N-SIPS") provided by the National Australia Bank.
N-SIPS provides security and privacy. Your important credit card details are provided directly to the National Australia Bank. Not even this site has access to your credit card details.
A very significant aspect of N-SIPS design is the security mechanism which greatly improves security and privacy of credit card payment transactions conducted over the internet.
N-SIPS uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption technology to secure communication sessions. Using firewalls in front of the Payment gateway (N-SIPS) and within the system, it restricts access to information regarding the payment transactions.
Internet users with browsers not supporting SSL - 128 bit encryption technology are not allowed to access the payment facility, as transaction details cannot be securely transmitted.

Delivery
Products will be delivered to the shipping address supplied.
There is a $AUD7.00 per item delivery charge for items delivered within Australia.
Tere is a $AUD15.00 delivery charge for items delivered to countries other than Australia.
Please allow 21 days for delivery.

Return Procedure

Refund Procedure
