If the figure 1 appears in brackets [1] it indicates that this is the sire¹s 1st individual 2YO winner this season. Other winners by that sire may be in the current issue or they will have appeared in a previous issue of the magazine. For example if the number [6] appears it indicates that there have been 5 previous 2YO winners by the sire this season. If they are not in this issue, then they appear in a previous issue.
